Through the enquiry form — only what you enter yourself:
Automatically, through web analytics — anonymised visit data: page address, referral source, device and browser type, approximate region, IP address, on-page activity.
We do not request or collect passport details, bank details or payment card data through this site. There are no user accounts and no registration.
Form data — to contact you about your enquiry, prepare a quotation and keep a record of past enquiries.
Analytics data — to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
Your data is not used for marketing mailings and is not sold to anyone.
Form data is processed on the basis of your consent. You give it by ticking the corresponding box when submitting the form — without the tick the form is not sent.
To handle enquiries and run web analytics we engage processors — they act on our instructions and only to the extent required for that task.
Data is not shared with or sold to third parties for advertising purposes. Disclosure is also possible where the law expressly requires it — for example, at the request of authorised state bodies.
Form data — until consent is withdrawn, and no longer than three years from the date of your last enquiry. Anonymised analytics data — within the retention periods set by the statistics service in use.

Withdrawing consent means processing stops and the data is deleted. Note that if work on your enquiry has already started, this may bring it to a halt.
The site uses cookies for web analytics. You can disable or delete them in your browser settings — the site will keep working, some statistics simply will not be collected. We do not set advertising tracking cookies.
The site is intended for companies and sole traders engaged in foreign trade. We do not knowingly collect data of minors.

Prices are calculated individually for each task. Timeframes shown are indicative: they depend on the completeness of documents, the requirements of supervisory bodies and the nature of the goods. Exact terms are fixed in the contract.
